Whoo, pretty easy 3 mile run today with monica and scott, but man are my legs sore. Going to try to focus more on my form here and hopefully start going barefoot again.

This was a tough one to get out for, but I was really happy I made it out tonight. I lost my keys on the run, but still had a good time. Been reading Born to Run again, definitely helped get me out for my run today.

Wahooo!! After a weekend of questionable runs, I wanted to get out there and push it. So I went for the longest run in a long while, and the great thing is it turned out to be my best run as well. Wahooo!!! It was so great, I did a 3 mile loop, and had about even times both times through.

13: Drunkenly ran down the road at 11:55 to get a quick five mile run in while in my work clothes and dress shoes.
14: 13 flights of stairs at greek town casino.
15. Ran with matt and Nicky and craig rode by our sides. maybe 2 miles simple pace.

So it was going to be tight getting off and going to the autoshow, so I ran to the train stop a mile down the road and then met up with craig. Then tonight I went to take my car in and ran the 3 miles back. Tomorrow is going to be tricky though. Maybe quick morning run.

Day 9:
Went to yoga but I ran there, nor far but still motivated myself enough to run there.

Slow pace, but it was really hard to get out there so overall proud that I made it to day 10! woot.

Day 7 and 8
Made it out for a brisk run on saturday morning about a mile. Then Sunday made up for it with my longest run in a while. 3.9 at a 7:35 pace nothing amazing but still felt good to get out, its so nice here today in the high 40s. Way to go with the 7:15 pace I see I am going to have to get faster before we race again. ha

as for me, ran 4 miles today at 7:11 pace and i was pumped! it was hard, but im looking to up my mileage and keep my pace around 7:15.

It was pretty cold out tonight, so i just planned to get out for whatever i could. Ran for about 7 minutes at a pretty slow pace. But happy I could make it out, my knees are feeling great and happy i have ran 4 days in a row woot!

Day 2
Woot its snowing like mad out there but I got out for my daily 2 miles. Felt great running in the snow, its pretty tough like being a on the beach in some spots.

30 days of running
Trying this thing again:
The goal is to run everyday for the next 30 days. No set distance just have to get out for a run 5 minutes is the minimum I suppose. I am just trying to get motivated to get outside so when it gets warmer I can start training for some bigger runs and already be in the rhythm of going out for a run everyday.

Thursday Legs
Just did some improv yoga, push ups, and planks. Mostly trying to strengthen my core and my knees.
