I started out the night thinking I was going to do some fartleks, but once i got out for my run I saw how tired i was from the 9 miler on Monday. So I changed to a 5 mile base run, trying to focus on form and a good pace. I ended struggling quite a bit, but I got it done. Afterwards i did 12 striders and 60 push ups.
Food After: Lentil burrito, guacamole, onions, peppers, and almond cheese
